01 Introduction and Applicability

Bdt haze (referred to herein as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") operates an online Sports Betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdt haze and its users ("you" or "Member").

Single Account Policy

Each individual may only create one account. If the same person is found to have opened multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.

Password Security

03 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and participate on BDT Haze:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in your place of residence.
• You must be of sound mind and full legal capacity.
• Anyone previously banned by bdt haze will not be permitted to register again.
• Access is not permitted from any country or region where it is prohibited by law.

04 Betting Rules

All betting activity on BDT Haze is governed by the rules below. Please read and understand them thoroughly before placing any bets.

Placing & Cancelling Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bets can be placed up until the event begins.
• Odds change rapidly during live betting; the odds at the time your bet is confirmed will be considered final.
• BDT Haze reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Event Cancellation & Suspension

If an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the related bets will generally be voided and stakes refunded. Exceptions may apply in certain circumstances, as outlined in the specific rules for that event.

Maximum Payout Limits

05 Payments & Transactions

All financial transactions on bdt haze are processed through a secure and transparent system. Please follow the payment guidelines below.

Deposit

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

Close Your Own Account

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

BDT Haze reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made, we will follow the steps outlined below:

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
• You have the right to close your account if you do not agree to the updated terms.
